Determining the requirements
Determining the requirements needed for the implementation of the housing program; Setting up the logistics for the infrastructure requirements as well as preparing the engineering services.
Development
Developing housing programs as well as preparing the rules and regulations of every program, including the determination of the program objectives, mechanism of action and implementation plans, and the terms of housing allocation.
Operational Plans
Preparing the budget for the execution of each of the housing programs.
Energy Partners
Supervising and controlling the implementation of the plans and programs approved in coordination with the concerned authorities.
Maintaining a central data base
Maintaining a central data base for nationals, linking the same to the concerned authorities and verifying the confidentiality and security of such information.
Receiving nationals' applications
Receiving nationals' applications related to housing programs of all kinds, studying the same and taking the appropriate decision thereon in the light of supreme orders
Studying the applications of housing programs
Studying the applications of housing programs loans for nationals and taking the appropriate decisions thereon according to supreme orders.
Any other competencies
Any other competencies entrusted to the Authority by the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, the Crown Prince or the Executive Council.
