To enhance customer satisfaction and ensure easy access to its services for citizens
The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) inaugurated a new ‘ISKAN Abu Dhabi’ branch, the housing services ‘one-stop shop’, at Zayed City in Al Dhafra region, to enhance the customer journey and overall satisfaction by providing easy and convenient access to the Authority’s services.
The branch offers a wide range of services to citizens - including housing grant services, housing loans, exemptions, the purchase of residential land, and housing benefits exchange services.
His Excellency Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said: “By opening of ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch in Al Dhafra area, we aim to enhance our services to the citizens in the region. This new branch provides citizens with easy access to our services, facilitating their journey towards housing benefits that meet their needs and contribute to a better quality of life. This aligns with our objectives to increase customer satisfaction rates for housing services across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.”
The ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch in Al Dhafra region is open to customers from Monday to Thursday, operating from 7 am to 3 pm and from 7 am to 11:30 am on Friday.
Additionally, beneficiaries can apply for housing services through the ‘ISKAN Abu Dhabi’ app. The interactive digital platform provides all the services offered by the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, ensuring that citizens have a seamless and accessible journey to obtaining housing benefits.
